Guests can unwind in coastal lounge seating, enjoy fresh fare from The Grove, and watch the stage and giant video wall bring every event to life under the South Texas sky.

The Atrium is Fifth & Elm’s 15,000-sq-ft social hub, buzzing seven days a week. By day, grab seating from The Grove, a latte in the Wi-Fi café, or a spot in The Hive work/study pods. Play ping pong, shuffleboard, and pool, or catch the game on our big-screen lounge. Organized into five “neighborhoods,” the Atrium also transforms into a full event venue for 300–800 guests.

The Aviary is Fifth & Elm’s glass-wrapped VIP space with 360° views of the entire venue and a prime overlook of The Great Lawn. Seating up to 40, it’s ideal for business meetings, rehearsal dinners, birthdays, or a private concert lounge. Floor-to-ceiling glass and elevated sightlines create an intimate, high-impact setting—perfect for hosting clients or celebrating with friends.
