The Atrium is the 30,000-square-foot heartbeat of Fifth & Elm—a dynamic social hub alive with activity seven days a week. By day, guests can enjoy restaurant seating from The Grove, grab a latte in the WiFi café, or settle into The Hive, our semi-private work and study pods. Families can dive into fun with ping pong, shuffleboard, and pool tables, while sports fans gather in the viewing lounge anchored by our giant big-screen TV. Designed with five unique “neighborhoods,” the Atrium offers a mix of dining, lounging, gaming, and working atmospheres under one roof. When it’s time for something bigger, the entire space transforms seamlessly into a full-scale event center, hosting private gatherings and productions for 300 to 800 guests.
